IMPORTANT: New Zealand GST Information
New Zealand GST has not been charged at checkout. When your shipment reaches New Zealand customs, you will be contacted by the freight forwarder regarding the customs clearance process.
At that time, you will need to pay the applicable GST and any customs duties. Once the required customs/GST process is completed, your order will be released for delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations experienced by our shipping partners.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Regional shipping could take longer.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours – 36 hours (Monday to Friday), however at peak times this could take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping is $15
- Express shipping is $20
What if I need my garment sooner?
If you need something urgently, please contact us to arrange express postage and to make sure your order is prioritized (additional fees will apply).
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

What if my order doesn't reach me?
